Another way to place larger controls and/or higher capacities in an explosion-hazardous environment is to overpressurize these controls. For this, we use a larger INDEX.E.Y housing, or we connect a number of INDEX.E.Y housings. With our overpressure system, we ensure that the air pressure inside this housing always remains higher than the air pressure in the environment. This prevents gas (or dust) from entering the cabinet.

Our engineering department will be happy to provide you with the necessary information and will be happy to help you select the right housing and overpressure system.
Of course, we also take care of assembling, compiling and fully certifying the housing.
